# Reviewing Submissions

> Manage your endorsement inbox — approve, reject, and moderate submissions.

## Submissions inbox

All endorsements from every campaign land in a single unified inbox at **Submissions** in the sidebar. Each row shows:

* **Supporter name** (if collected)
* **Submission type** — Video, Voice, or Text badge
* **Campaign** — which campaign it came from
* **Submitted at** — timestamp
* **Status** — Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Flagged

## Filtering and sorting

Use the filter bar at the top to narrow your view:

* **By campaign** — focus on a single campaign's submissions
* **By status** — see only pending items, or review flagged content
* **By type** — filter to just video, voice, or text

## Taking action

Each submission can be moved to one of these statuses:

| Action              | What it does                                                          |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Approve** | Marks the submission as approved and makes it available for showcases |
| **Reject** | Removes the submission from your active pipeline |
| **Flag for review** | Marks it for a second look by you or a team member |

<Tip>Only approved submissions can be added to showcases. Get into a regular rhythm of reviewing your inbox so you have fresh content ready to publish.</Tip>

## AI moderation flags

When AI moderation is enabled on a campaign, submissions are automatically screened. Flagged items show a moderation badge with the reason. You still make the final approve/reject decision — AI moderation is a first filter, not an auto-rejector.
